Healthy Pulled Pork Recipe

You will need:

  • 1 boneless pork loin
  • Diet Root Beer
  • Low sugar BBQ sauce (4 g of sugar or less per serving)
  • Large slow cooker

This recipe works great in soft-shell tacos or as an open-faced sandwich, garnished with a pickle or lettuce leaf. Tastes great with a side of coleslaw!
